Tom came to my rescue late on a Friday afternoon when I had a completely blocked sink and a house full of Airbnb guests. Most companies would have told me to wait until Monday or squeezed me in another day, but not Tom. He showed up when I needed him most.
The job was anything but easy. It took a tremendous amount of work, but Tom never once looked for the easy way out. He kept working until he found the problem and had the drain flowing perfectly again. His determination, patience, and incredible work ethic were truly impressive. So many people would have given up—but Tom simply doesn’t operate that way.
It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares this much about doing the job right. He’s knowledgeable, honest, dependable, and one of the hardest-working people I’ve had the pleasure of hiring.

It was a pleasure working with Tom. Contacted him about a plugged kitchen drain and he showed up same day. Communicated very clearly as to how he would troubleshoot and clear the drain. Drain was unblocked in a short time. Took the time to use camera to assess the drain line and to ensure that the blockage was clear once water was flowing. Tom came out to inspect our sewer line and used a camera to see what was going on inside our pipes. He took the time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions, even though I know absolutely nothing about plumbing or sewer systems. He genuinely didn’t want to leave until I felt comfortable and had all my questions answered. That kind of patience feels like such a rarity these days, especially with service professionals who are often rushing off to the next job. I never felt rushed with Tom, which was incredibly refreshing.
When my husband finished with work, Tom took the time to explain everything to him as well. He is kind, smart, and clearly knows his stuff, and his prices were very reasonable. We really appreciated the experience and would definitely recommend Clear Line!
